The tires were rotated. I drove all the way to Carpinteria with the lug nuts VERY LOOSE! Two of the tires could have fallen off the car during the drive. When I returned after having the lug nuts tightened they said they were sorry and they would talk to the supervisor. I have not heard anything since then. Very disappointed and honestly thankful I wasn’t killed.

I went to the dealership because my car died with no electricity directly after I parked it and turned it off. To me, it was not just a problem with the battery. I asked them to check the fuses and electrical in the car. They did not. They just recharged the battery saying that I must have left a light on or something. I told them I did not. They seemed to be lazy. I am happy now because my car works but I am worried that this will happen again. If it does, I’ll be pissed.

I made a reservation for 10:30 for an oil change. I was told my car would not be ready till 3. Why did I even make a reservation? I knew where my car was stashed in the back. It was after 2:15 before my car was attended to. I had to remind my service writer that I was due a credit of $15 due to an email I received from your dealership. So I ended up waiting 4 hours and I paid $120. Not much incentive to come back.
