Luis was very good but Honda did not order the recall parts I needed so my visit was a partial waste of time. I even was told on the phone it would be taken care of by Honda.

I had issues with my local Honda dealer and with American Honda with regard to a recall repair on my 2019 Civic SI. Since I spend fair amount of time in Santa Barbara, I decided to call the dealership there to see if they might be of more help. I spoke with Bonnie and she was so courteous and helpful. Within a couple of days, she called me back to tell me the necessary part was ready and I could schedule an appointment to have the work done. She is a real asset to Santa Barbara Honda. I wish all service representatives were as efficient as she is!
