I didn’t feel comfortable coming back to get my car fixed. Antonio was very professional and helpful when dropping my car off. Tony handled the details of communicating what needed to be repaired and the parts that needed to be ordered. My car couldn’t be repaired because a part needed to be ordered. I didn’t feel comfortable bringing my car back due to Tony’s communication. It wasn’t professional to text after 9 pm on a Sunday the following message, “ Hey Michelle,
This is Tony from Santa Barbara Honda, Hope you are having a good weekend.
“Sorry for the late text, I meant to reach out yesterday evening.
Would you be available to come in on Tuesday instead of tomorrow, the part may not show up tomorrow, my parts guy told me a little later it would be 1 business day for the part.” The number wasn’t from the Honda 866 area code.

Communication was really bad for this service. I was never informed that it would take as long as it did and ended up visiting the station two times to retrieve my vehicle only to learn that it wasn’t ready on both occasions, despite having been told that it would be. Had I been told at any point that it would take as long as it did then I could have made alternate arrangements, either to bring back the vehicle a different day when we had more time or to adjust personal plans. I was also disappointed that a loaner wasn’t made available in light of the poor communication and inconvenience. Really disappointing and frustrating experience overall.
