We brought our 2022 Honda CRV Hybrid to the dealership due to the check engine light flashing and due to hearing a sloshing liquid noise when depressing the gas pedal and accelerating. The vehicle is also idling roughly all of a sudden and appears like it is going to stall. After inspecting the vehicle for over 1 week, we were told the technician took the car for a test drive and ran diagnostic tests, but could not replicate the issue or hear the sound we are describing. All tests said the vehicle was fine. The vehicle was returned to us today without any type of diagnosis, yet we are continuing to hear the sloshing liquid noise every single time we accelerate. Fortunately the check engine light has not come on again and the vehicle has not stalled, but the sloshing sound we are hearing is not normal and continues to occur literally every time the vehicle accelerates (we have recorded audio of the sloshing sound). We use this vehicle daily and we are concerned for our general safety and the possibility of being stranded. Tyler has provided good service and was able to secure a loaner vehicle for us while they were attempting to diagnose the issue, but it is unfortunate that they cannot determine the problem and it is confusing that the technician cannot hear what we are hearing. Not sure what to do at this point, but hoping another Honda dealership may have better luck diagnosing the problem. This vehicle is still very new with only 70k miles on the odometer, and we have continued to have the vehicle serviced on a regular schedule. A vehicle this new should not be having issues like this and it is disappointing we are continuing to experience the issue but the technician did not.

I'm not satisfied. They didn't do their job right. I asked to rotate my tires and they failed to do so. They also didn't let me know my warranty was up until they did the service and charged me. They told me the service for oil change was free. Next time before they do a service they should let the customer know they aren't covered by the warranty and not lie
