Bonnie was pleasant and thoughtful when I mentioned I needed t be finished by 3 to pick up my grandsons from school. I called a little before 3 and the gentleman I spoke with told me it could be another hour or so. I mentioned that I had asked to be ready by 3, he said he didn’t know anything about that. Then, Bonnie actually called me and told me my car was ready and that she had expected I would just come by 3. Living around the corner, I immediately came over and was able to pick up my grandsonson time. There needs to be better communication between service members.

I was disappointed that I was not contacted within the agreed timeframe about the status of the diagnostic being done on my car. I called three times to get an update and never got a call back.
That said, I appreciated that the fee was waived because the technician was unable to figure out what was causing the problem and that the service rep apologized for the poor communication.

We live out of town so it’s a bit of a pain to come in for service. There is a recall for our car so it was helpful to have the oil change and recall scheduled at the same appointment. Unfortunately we were told that the part wasn’t ordered so we couldn’t have the recall work done at the same time so we are going to have to travel again to have it done.

They didn’t have the part needed for the repair, despite telling me that it will be in by the appointment. I asked manager to order the part but they did not appear to write anything down at the time so I have zero confidence that this will get done. Mgr said call us again to check. It doesn’t have to be like that.
