Antonio was very nice but I was called to pick up my vehicle at 12:39pm and I came right over and paid but than waited 1 hour and 50 minutes because apparently my car was not ready and the technician went to lunch. The manager gave me a free oil change but in my opinion you should have taken money off of the labor charge and paid me for the time I had to wait. My weekend time is very valuable and in top of that I had a 2:00 appt with a caterer which I had to cancel. Honestly I don’t think I will ever bring my car back. I have had horrible experiences with Honda service centers.

Great service with Bruce!!! On time and everyone was polite and accommodating. One suggestions: I know you don’t wash cars anymore but it would be a nice touch to have the car returned with the windshield clean!
