Bonnie was great. I really needed to get an oil change and a minor suspension issue addressed since I was going on a long trip in the next couple of days. When there were only two techs available for the day she worked with me to bring my car in ahead of schedule to be sure work was completed in a reasonable time frame.

I had an appointment at 745. You did not take my car until 815. Not acceptable. You said it would be done by noon. As if 5 I still had heard nothing from you. Had to call at least 4 times to get my first accurate status report. I picked it up as soon as it was ready, after 6. Late maybe, but no communication of that not acceptable.

Bonnie was helpful and very professional. My problem is that the one thing I wanted fixed on my car didn’t get fixed even after paying $1800 to have 3 other things I didn’t know about needed fixing. I should have insisted on showing them the part that was broken when I dropped it off. This now requires another visit and further time to meet my original goal.
