They didn’t do the smog test I requested when I made the appointment. I did not get the results of the multi-point assessment until I went back and requested the results. Otherwise service was good.

I am very disappointed. I was never contacted regarding my parts order status when the service advisors promised me to contact me when the parts arrived. I had to keep calling them and asking them. One of the parts was supposed to be delivered early last week , yet nobody contacted me although I was told the parts would be in and get installed last week. I want a refund. I will never go back to get any service from them!
