Antonio Alcantar was pleasant to work with and I would give him high marks. The problem I encountered was that the parts were not available for the recall repair on the steering for which I had an appointment. I will need to make another appointment to have this done and will be extremely unhappy should the parts not be available once again. Customers should be notified BEFORE the appointment if parts will not be available once again to save both the customer and the dealership time. The line of people waiting to be checked in for service was quite long and that might be avoided with better planning. I was however able to get the regular service done so it was not a complete loss.

We are seniors with a Honda Accord that didn’t pass its smog test last Monday, when it had its essential service, requiring an overnight stay and Uber rides. I was told to come in again between 11 and 12 any day (except Monday), when the smog tech was there. After we’d driven many miles according to Charles’ instructions, we called yesterday to confirm Charles would be in today, and Luis was understanding and very considerate in offering to schedule an appointment. So much appreciated, and grateful we passed the test today.
