Hi. Unfortunately I do not come to SB Honda any longer for regular maintenance and upkeep because every single time I have been there something happens to my car. I just recently took it there to get the fuel pump replaced because of the recall and there was grease all over the seat that was removed and gashes in the hard plastic mount from where they put it back in. Unfortunately the representative there argued with me that the gashes were not from them. I had to elevate AGAIN in order to get attention on my car. First of all, a customer shouldn't have to throw a fit to get heard, secondly, my car shouldn't be damaged EVERY time I take it in there for a recall notice. This is the third time it has been damaged while fixing a recall. It's crazy! Let alone that it doesn't inspire ANY confidence in the actual mechanical work. How do I know the fuel pump - which is a really scary part to not have installed correctly - is installed correctly when they can't even get the seat in and out without damaging the car?! I'm sure you can understand my concerns. I would actually like to have this checked by someone and NOT a mechanic at Honda because I don't trust you with my family's life. Please advise on how you will pay for checking this work. Thank you.
