Bonnie was helpful and very professional. My problem is that the one thing I wanted fixed on my car didn’t get fixed even after paying $1800 to have 3 other things I didn’t know about needed fixing. I should have insisted on showing them the part that was broken when I dropped it off. This now requires another visit and further time to meet my original goal.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in my 13 years taking my car to get serviced at SB Honda. Trust me there have been **** ups in the past but this time it was a different bad.
