I had an appointment at 745. You did not take my car until 815. Not acceptable. You said it would be done by noon. As if 5 I still had heard nothing from you. Had to call at least 4 times to get my first accurate status report. I picked it up as soon as it was ready, after 6. Late maybe, but no communication of that not acceptable.

Luis was great. The dealership, not so much. It took 3 hours to get an oil change, which I had an appointment for. Not sure why I’d do this again when it takes 10 or 15 minutes at many places in SB or Goleta. Disappointing.
