Upon arrival my appointment did not appear on the schedule — despite the fact I had received text confirmation. The attendant went so far as to state that I was not associated with a 2024 CRV, the car I had scheduled the appointment for, am leasing from the same facility and was sitting in at the time! Clearly some wires were crossed and the attendant was not at all at fault — but FYI if there are other such issues with the service appointment calendar/system. Service otherwise was wonderful and prompt.
