The service was just initiated with my call to make an appointment for installation but I was informed that the fuel pump has to be ordered. She informed me that she would contact me when the pump is in and available and at that time I’ll make an appointment for installation. This is regarding a fuel pump recall. I received a notice in the mail that fuel pumps for my car year were now available.

Luis Cerda has managed the service of my 2024 Honda Civic twice now and I cannot praise his professionalism enough. Luis has consistently demonstrated the absolute gold standard in customer service. Not only did he answer all of my questions patiently and comprehensively but he took the initiative to go above and beyond in suggesting a fix to an unusual problem that I was not aware of and was in my very best interest, the customer. Luis treated me with the utmost courtesy and has single-handedly inspired both my husband and I to return to this Honda dealership when our Honda needs. On a scale of 1 to 10, Luis comes in at 11!????
