Check in for my 9:15am appointment took 50min which led to me being late for work. When checked in, there was no history of the quote that I had been estimated only a month prior at the same location. This resulted in a higher cost than originally quoted. It took all day for 2 hours of labor, so my car wasn’t available until 5:10pm when I needed to be at another work event at 5pm. With traffic, I was late to that as well. I’m disappointed by this exceptionally poor service that has spoiled my good track record with the Santa Barbara Honda.

Hello, I appreciated the same day appointment to replace the battery in my CRV. What's with the annoying loud music in the service check in area? Is this a new dance club or something? It's distracting customers trying to make good decisions. I prefer quiet background noise so I can communicate with the SB Honda associate. Thanks for your consideration.
