Left truck from 9am for a recall fix was told it would be ready at 3:30 went to pick truck up and had to wait . Then when it was closer to 4pm was told the part was broken. I was very very upset why was I not told in stead of waiting. The truck was there over 6hrs .

My car has been in the shop longer than I’ve owned it. It shouldn’t have had a major issue like needing a new catalytic converter one week after buying it. I am very disappointed. Communication has not been the best either, no one has reached out to me all week or answered any questions for me. They keep saying my car will be ready, and then don’t answer the phone or call back with any updates. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been friendly, but that’s about the only nice thing I can say.
