We had an appt for a trailer hitch install. We made the appt more than a week in advance and went to the dealer to pay for the part in advance because they wouldn’t take one over the phone. Despite all this advanced warning they did not have the needed sensor in stock to install alongside the trailer hitch. So the hitch is installed but not the sensor. Really frustrating experience.

Made my appointment for a recall part to be installed only to be told the dealership did not have the part. Total waste of my time. I would think the dealership would check for the part needed as the appointments are made and notify customer if part is not available. Very inefficient and poor customer service!
