Tom and I were favorably impressed with the high quality service provided us by Bonnie Jimenez, in spite of the fact that she was having to deal not only with routine service appointments ours (including a smog test), but also (apparently without added staff) a huge number of cars being brought in for the Honda recall (2018 through 2025). We had asked for Bonnie, because she’s been very courteous and helpful over the years.

Someone took my car to their home between 12 and 1 stopping for 26 minutes at one spot and around 8 minutes at the other spot. This is wrong! Drive it to see if the repairs work but do NOT drive it for personal use! I do expect a call from the manager and or corporate. Tyler took photos of my proof from my ELO GPS app. If done to me, one can safely assume it’s most likely an ongoing issue. I filed a complaint with Honda Customer Service.
