I want to commend you on your friendly and prompt service. It was done on time and the people that took care of me were very friendly and professional. I have always had my service done with your company and will in all probability continue to do so. The only issue, and it is a small one, is the overly expensive five dollars and 95 charge to top off my windshield washer fluid. I can buy a whole gallon for two dollars. It’s a small thing, but it bothered me. Otherwise you guys are doing a wonderful job.

I had issues with my local Honda dealer and with American Honda with regard to a recall repair on my 2019 Civic SI. Since I spend fair amount of time in Santa Barbara, I decided to call the dealership there to see if they might be of more help. I spoke with Bonnie and she was so courteous and helpful. Within a couple of days, she called me back to tell me the necessary part was ready and I could schedule an appointment to have the work done. She is a real asset to Santa Barbara Honda. I wish all service representatives were as efficient as she is!
