I asked that my car be ready by 12:00. At 11:45 I hadn’t heard anything so called. It was ready. I just think I should have been told so I could make arrangements for a ride to get there. Then the service tech noted that a leak had been detected but wasn’t sure what it was. The comment was made that it may be something whoever fixes my car might look at. Seriously? You guys have done all maintenance and repairs on my car ever since I bought it. When I told him that he said it would need more diagnostic analysis to determine the leak cause. Why wasn’t that done? I was never called to ask if they should do that. Just seems that the service has changed of late and not for the good. Sorry. First time in 30 years I have that opinion.
