Bonnie is the best, has always answered all our questions and treated us so kindly. We didn’t need the splash pan or whatever it’s called which had to be ordered for our car months ago. after my husband died, I donated the old car to public radio. So I no longer have that old Honda. I still have our 2013 Honda Civic, but now take it to private service after I heard that the man who flew the American flag upside down at Toyota had bought the Honda dealership. I can’t patronize a dealer who does not respect our democracy.

When I called, Monday, 10/21 I specifically said the Kart system was messing up (Karr put in a new one last year, & some of the same issues were showing up). After oil change I asked re checking Karr. He said I would have to leave it overnight. News to me & no where in invoice was my request to check Karr shown. No question now that Honda ain't what it used to be.

Various Service Advisors were unable to give me an information on how I could pay for my diagnostics charge over the phone. A woman from service told me she would “transfer” my call and ended up disconnecting me. I truly expect more from a car dealership. Never have I entered a business that was not ready to take payment. A different service advisor asked me if I wanted to pass information to the sales team for the possible sale of my vehicle. I declined. The service advisor still sent my information to sales. Everything has been recorded on the call. I highly recommend management review the calls for better training. I will not be buying vehicles from this dealership in the future. The lack on professionalism from those involved is truly shocking and management should be embarrassed about the team they are responsible for.
