As a woman I felt he thought I didn’t know anything about cars. He tried to add services I didn’t need. When I returned because a light was on that had not been on before. His expression seemed to be making fun of me, since I thought it signaled something wrong with the brakes rather than the tires.

I came in at 10:30am for a tire change and oil change because last time I was in the dealership I was notified of irreparable nail damage in my front left tire. I told Tyler that the tire needed to be changed because of that information and also because we were having to fill the tire with air every other day. He advised me it would be done around 3. I came back at 3, the car was still being worked on and came out of the garage at 3:30. Tyler did not get back to me till 4:30 at which point he said the tire did not need to be changed. I told him again that the tire was losing air and he told me that he and the mechanic had a miscommunication so the tire was never changed. I had to leave so never got my tire changed which was the main reason I went to the Honda dealership from summerland in the first place.
