My car was not supposed to get an additive as indicated in the cars manual. This additive was also almost $30. I will be contacting to make appt to get the oil change, no charge as it was not to get the additive. The manual said that it’s a detriment to the performance of the engine in the transmission. It may adversely affect the engine or transmission performance and durability, so I’ll be bringing it back to get that oil changed with no charge.

I came in for general service at 2:30 and I asked the gentleman helping me that I needed the car by 4 and if it wouldn’t be ready by then I’d come back another day. He assured me the car would be done and ready by 4. And 4 I asked him if he could check on the vehicle. He said he was printing out paperwork and he’d do that right after. At 4:20 I asked him again if my vehicle was ready and he assured me he’d go check. I got my vehicle back at 5. Very unprofessional and could’ve been easily avoided if he had told me it wouldn’t be ready by 4 and I would’ve come back a different day.

I would like a manager to call me. I was quoted $139.95 for service by Tony, & $129.95 by Bruce when booking agent quoted me the special of $9[. I was sent home eithout the red/green alignment sheet for the service. They also recommended otger service but nobody explained anything. That afternoon I left messages for Rocket, Tony & Bruce. My call was never returned, nor my paper delivered. Late the next afternoon, my husband called them. Why should WE have to chase you down to do your jobs? It was never like this with Bonnie Jimenez. They finally delivered the sheet,
