I had a bad experience last time with Santa Barbara Honda Service Department, and was very hesitant to return. But since this time the issue I had was related to warranty, I had to return to SB Honda for a repair. Bruce ‘s service gave me a confidence to return to SB Honda in the future for a service. The conversations that took place in the waiting lounge were loud, abrasive, and unprofessional. I witnessed an employee being scolded by a superior and being cussed at. Not only was the language Inappropriate in a workplace, but the reprimanding in front of other employees and customers is inappropriate.

I love the reliability of Hondas and have driven them for over 20 years, they are reliable and reasonable to maintain. However, I am still shocked by the expensive service I just had, $1600 dollar to change some fluids and breaks. I think what really tipped me off is that my AC was not fixed, which I indicated on the drop off envelop, the car was not washed, and instead of my 12% coupon, only 10% were applied.
I always felt Honda SB treated me fairly in the past, this last visit just leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. Thank you for listing!
