Hi, I am so glad I use you ( sb honda) to service my vehicle. Bonnie was great from the start. I knew her name from previous interactions with her. So, when she was the one approaching my vehicle as the service writer, I was glad. Everything went fine. She ordered a part for me that is covered as a recall and another part that got damaged from what I hit on the freeway.

The technician did not fill out the multipoint inspection paperwork that has always been included in the past. If a multipoint inspection is conducted and paid for, the results should be included in the paperwork given to the customer.

I am completely amazed by the degredation of service at Honda of SB. Lack of communication, texts WEEKS after my car was brought in, etc. The service manager DID manage to help me with my car, and I am thankful to him, but I am finding a new mechanic and never bringing my car to Honda of SB again, and cannot recommend any service their car there based on recent experiences. (I was even very upset when I last visited, asked to see the manager, and was told to sit down to wait for him - that is poor service in my opinion).
