I have a 2 year service contract. They tried to charge me $99+~ at check in and check out. My appointment was at 8:30am. There were cars waiting. I waited for about 10 minutes when the person in front of me got out of her car to see what the problem was. There were 2 cars with their hoods up and no one directing us around them (they looked like they were in line waiting from where we were sitting). Two different employees asked me how I liked my 2023 Accord Hybrid. I told both of them that I don’t! Both just said oh and walked off. You would think they would ask why???????. In addition I told them I would be waiting for the car as I live 30+ miles away. It took almost 2 hours.

I never got a call to pick up my car (I think he got busy). My vacuum cleaner has stopped working and they were looking at that but came up with no fix— so it still isn’t working.
