The service was decent; no complaints. I thought labor charge $500 for 3 hours of labor was very expensive though (I had the 30k service pkg). Everyone was super nice and helpful so I had no problem with the staff and I’m sure they don’t set the rates.

Robert handled my service very nicely as I had go take care of it while out of town and having a friend bring thr car in and pick it up. A recall issue and a sidewall cut in a tire purchased from Honda resolved the issues so that my son can drive to LA safely bow. Robert handled everything quickly and was very nice to work with!

Robert had good service at intake and when returning my vehicle. However, immediately, I discovered that the window wiper fluid was clogged and when I asked about it, they told me I would have to bring the vehicle back for another two hour service after it had already been there for one day overnight and most of the second day or an inspection, and to figure out why the wiper fluid was not working… I think it would’ve made more sense if they were during a minor service and inspection, knowing that the wiper fluid was not dispensing, to have discovered that it wasn’t working and why it wasn’t working. However, they did not diagnose the problem until after returning the vehicle, and I was driving away to discover the wiper fluid still didn’t work. Unfortunately, they chose not to fix it right then so I will need to either bring it back or find someone else to fix it. I.
