I really don't like leaving a negative review but I'm not happy. When we picked our car the area behind the display unit still was exposed, the cover was removed and wasn't replaced. Thankfully we were able to get someone in the service department to reattach it for us (it was right at closing time, we had to wait almost two full days for the repair was done). Then today we noticed a big plastic piece, from somewhere unknown, still sitting on our back seat? We live out of town so it will be a pain to drive to SB again in order for a tech to put it back where it's supposed to go. It's also a bummer that it took took two days to repair, but we understand that you can't possibly keep on hand every part. It would have been nice to be offered a curtesy car. We also didn't get any information on what was repaired/replaced.

I have a 2 year service contract. They tried to charge me $99+~ at check in and check out. My appointment was at 8:30am. There were cars waiting. I waited for about 10 minutes when the person in front of me got out of her car to see what the problem was. There were 2 cars with their hoods up and no one directing us around them (they looked like they were in line waiting from where we were sitting). Two different employees asked me how I liked my 2023 Accord Hybrid. I told both of them that I don’t! Both just said oh and walked off. You would think they would ask why???????. In addition I told them I would be waiting for the car as I live 30+ miles away. It took almost 2 hours.
