Sebastián was very helpful.

Melissa was attentive from the moment I walked in the door. Check in was quick and she kept me informed along the way.

Everything was smooth.

The Kia service techs that assisted me were Bobby and Brian. They both were courteous and friendly and made sure that my experience with Kia was a positive one. They both renewed my faith in International Kia of Orland.

Brian was thorough, friendly, and very explanatory which I find to be MOST important. Communication was excellent. I could not ask for better service. We will BE BACK!

Service provider was very professional. Also courteous.

The service manager very rude and said things very offensive to me. I did call Kia customer service and put in a complaint. And I will be leaving a negative review on Google. Paul Skinner has a horrible way of talking to customer. You guys need to send him to a training to deal with people.

Kyle was great! The theft system that was installed is interfering with locking doors automatically when put in drive! Still having that problem!

My problem seems to be solved. And I appreciate the shuttle car.

This was the second time I had my vehicle serviced at this location since I just moved to Orland Park. Both times I was told they will diagnose and give me a call within a day or 2. That didn’t happen either time, so I called trying to get some sort of update from Melissa Randall, the advisor that checked me in and told me she would keep me updated. When I would call I continued to get transferred to different people’s extensions and would have to call more 3-5 times to get to the right extension which didn’t really matter because Melissa never answers or returns voicemails. I called almost daily and never got a call back until more than 2 weeks later when Melissa called to tell me I can pick up my car. I have a 2yo so I tried to get a loaner while my vehicle was being serviced but was told no since I didn’t buy my car here, again I just moved to the area and this is now the closest location so I planned on having all my service work done here and would likely come here to purchase too since I have no intention in buying anything other than a Kia. The service department needs to learn customer service skills. I’m seriously contemplating going to a different Kia for all service and sales needs because of how horrible Melissa is

Melissa is a gem. Made my experience great. Took care of all the issues. My car runs beautifully. I love having my services done at International Kia. Keep up the good work.
