Overall my experience with my service at international Kia was disappointing. My service advisor would never answer my phone calls. A couple of times lied about information and status of my vehicle. Not until I started dealing with service manager Louie Hatzis things started to improve. Service Manager Louis Hatzis was amazing, kept me updated regarding my vehicle and was able to get the warranty to cover my services.

I was there for 2 1/2 hours and they didn’t even wash my car like she said they would. And it was freezing in the waiting room. I seen my car pulled up to the door to go out but they never came and got me for a half an hour. I thought maybe it wasn’t mine but it was.
