She never answered the phone. She never called to tell me my car was ready. My experience was so bad I went to another dealership and traded in my car and bought a new one with cash!

3.5 hours to check oil level. I was supposed to be having an oil consumption test done. Last visit Was due to my check engine light coming on because I was 4 qt, low of oil and nowhere near time for an oil change. I paid for an additive to be put in, so they can see the path of the oil because they were worried it might be related to the powertrain, which is still under warranty.
I was told that never happened, and they couldn't do anything about it. Oil level seemed fine per Kia requirements and they had no record of anything else being done.
