The seat belt still dings every time my son sits in that seat with the seatbelt connected. It doesn’t when he is in the other captains chair. So the answer I was given is they can’t replicate it with their workers in the car. Well they aren’t 60 lbs. Why does it only go off for one captain’s chair? And if they can’t figure it out, perhaps offer a solution. Just very frustrating with a brand new car.

They didn’t reset oil change so car still says it needs an oil change.They also didn’t give a new oil change sticker for when next oil change is due!! But the worst part was I got in my car it was powered off but still in drive.I couldn’t understand why my car didn’t start up then I looked n yea car still in drive mode but off smh! Whoever did my oil change I do not want servicing my car again!!

They did not fix the issue. They said they followed what I told them to replicate the check light popping on about active air flap needs service. 15 min after I left the dealership and did exactly as I told the service team to try, the check engine light came on. So, no they did not fix my vehicle.

Terrible service except for Kyle. I went in for a recall and oil change. I specifically asked for a renter/loaner because I had no one else to drive me back for school pick up. The young lady said it was possible and a renter/loaner would be available for me to use. I arrived at KIA in Orland. I asked Kyle for the renter/loaner info. He asked Paul, the service manager, who told me it would not be possible unless corporate approved that rental, immediately walked away, no apology, no further accommodation for me and my 3 young children. I sat in the waiting area and read a sign that said, “shuttle available.” Wondering why Paul did not offer this service to me? I asked to be shuttled to the nearest store to assure my young children would not run around or get hurt on dealership grounds. They pulled out a small car, my car seats did not fit in that car. They stated that they did not have a car in the dealership that would fit me and my 3 children. We sat in the waiting area for nearly 2 hours until my car was ready. I am extremely disappointed in managements lack of empathy , but mostly poor leadership skills at the KIA dealer in Orland.

My tire was losing air the technician would not resolve my issue. My tires were over flared and I later discovered the rim was bent which caused my tire to lose air. The part that was damaged is covered by my road hazard plan .
