We had a not so good experience here buying a car for my daughter. We found it online, put $1,000 deposit to hold it while we drove 7 hours to see it in person. The vehicle was in poorer condition than represented in the photos which we decided to live with after driving that far. I asked for the service record and was told I would get it “after they tracked it down” which we never did even after asking several times over the following weeks. Took the vehicle to a dealership at home and they determined that the vehicle was never serviced (even needed an oil change) so that answers why I never received the service record. I paid cash and asked for the $1,000 that I paid to hold the vehicle be credited back to my credit card. I was told that would take a week, no biggie I understand that may take time. It actually took several phone calls and 3 weeks to get the credit. I was told by the dealership that I should dispute the charge. It took a month for me to get the title (paid cash) after I was told it would take a week. When I received the title they mistyped the mileage which was less than the actual mileage. Title is a legal document and is not allowed to roll back so I had to title the vehicle without actual mileage or go through the pain of dealing with the home office for another month. Nice sales team, horrible follow up on outstanding items and finger pointing from dealership to “home office” and vice versus.

Melissa’s communication was horrible. I constantly had to track her down, and even have the front desk get her for me because she didn’t return my messages for days. All I was looking for was an update on my vehicle and I only really got answers from her when I came into the building. This level of communication was so horrendous that I will never be back to this location. To top it all off, when I picked up my vehicle the battery was so dead that I don’t know how they got it to the spot it was parked. But I assume it had something to do with the KIA genuine battery that was in my car despite the fact that we had recently put in a new battery we had purchased from AutoZone.

My only complaint is small, but important. Your intake staff could do a better job greeting customers. I waited about 5 minutes to be acknowledged. I understand there is paperwork/data updates etc. to complete the prior guest. But, the impression it leaves is that paper work is more pressing than the person standing in front of them. It makes a bad first impression and starts the whole process off wrong. Otherwise, it was a five star experience. Thank you.
