Kyle was sensational. My problem lies with the lack of being fully educated regarding the recall process. I was not informed that the part which was needed was not in your possession and had to be ordered. This required an extra trip on my behalf. I thought when I made the appointment over a week ago that my intentions were clear and that the matter would have been resolved during this first and only visit. This was not the case.
