I was told by the service advisor that my vehicle passed the test and it’s normal to lose oil so the technician passed my vehicle. It is not normal for no vehicle to lose oil unless there’s a oil leak so if my vehicle keeps losing oil something must be wrong. The service advisor also said that’s not normal.

I needed service taking my son and I home while the service department worked on my vehicle for a scheduled apt, they however, decided to make my son and I wait because they needed to pick up some plugs from the Family Hyundai. What I was told would be a 5 minute wait turned into a 20 minute wait with my 5 yr old.

Brought car in for lube and oil As I was leaving. Last second was informed a light was on that was not on when we arrived and would need to pay $165 to get a answer. Had discussion and was told things happen Sounds very unprofessional. Called service manager have not received a response. Have been very pleased in the past. Something has changed for the worst!!

Very good service. However, it was costly just for an oil change and tire rotation. I am from KY and the same service at the Kia dealership is cheaper.

I was told 1-1.5 hours for my LOF. It took 2. And the car was not washed either b/c I had already waited longer than promised. Failure to plan and staff appropriately is not an excuse for poor service. I’ve taken my car in 2xs for service - both were less than great experiences. No one really seems to care about service anymore. That’s very evident in my experiences it int’l Kia.

The Kia service I receive was superior. It was both professional and friendly from start to finish. The best ever I have ever received from any car I have ever owned. (Maybe because it had to do with 2 recalls).

Poor customer service. Rude service manager Rebecca. Never explained the services and had to ask to get other services needed like the tire rotation. Awful experience at a terrible dealership.
