I was never notified when my car was done, even after I called to check the status but the person I spoke to couldn’t tell me the status, just that my service tech would call me back. He never did. Also, I brought my car in for an oil change and a factory recall and from looking at the bill, it looks like I was billed for the recall.

I have been a loyal customer with Kia ever since 2000. I always purchase the maintenance package with my cars, but because it was at another location in the burbs ( Naperville) it couldn’t be honored at this location. This is what I was told. I would think due to Covid and many of the Kia dealerships being booked that an exception would have been made. It was not. In addition to getting my brakes replaced (all) being highly suggested that I get spark plugs, brake flush, and a rotation which I did and it cost me over $1000, I left the dealership yesterday and my tire pressure light came on, flashing, with the TMPS system as well. I called immediately and the staff got me in today. However when I arrived I was told that a fee of $165 would be charged for a diagnostic. I just left yesterday and not even 30 min after the lights in my car came on my dashboard. I was told that it wasn’t related and that it was an additional fee. They ended up looking at the tire just to see and told me they saw nothing, but a sensor might be old but I would have to make another appointment and pay the fee for them to check. Unfortunately I hate to say, but I will never come to this location or recommend it due to all of this. Other locations including Evergreen Kia and the Naperville location don’t do this. My plans to purchase a car in the near future will not be at this location but at another branch. As a loyal customer for the past 20 years, I am disappointed. I usually have high marks with Kia, but this has jaded my perspective.
