I understand that there were complications putting in the part and it took longer than expected but the new armrest does not look like the original and it has a scratch on it. With all the extra time needed figure could have found a new part in without a cosmetic defect on it.

I called service today with an emergency, I’m driving to Florida Monday and my Manuel tailgate won’t open. I tried releasing it from the inside to no avail. Called your fine service team and the couldn’t have cared less, told me it could be seen in 2 to 3 weeks! I bought my Sorento from you! My motor blew at 45,000 miles! Horrible product and a service staff who doesn’t care! Why would I come back?

My issue is not with Bruno but with the entire Kia establishment. For the last four visits, I have been dissatisfied. Extremely dissatisfied with my service. I have had very long wait times. No communication and no gesture of apologies. Besides, I'm sorry there has been no changes made to show that you truly are. At this point I am ready to take my services elsewhere, trade in my car and get another vehicle from a different provider. I am a very good customer. I encourage a lot of people with my word. I have brought many customers to The people and places that I recommend. I used to say that my next vehicle will also be a Kia because I used to receive good service. However, Kia will not be getting any recommendations. I will discourage people from buying you all's vehicles and I will take my business and my recommendations elsewhere. I feel I have been quiet long enough and that something needs to be done or I'm sure I will not be the only customer walking away.

I brought my car in over a month ago to have a tempature actuator installed. After being told the part was there I made an appointment and brought the car in and was then told the part was not there.I was then told it was on back order and it would take a month to get it because it had to be shipped from S. Korea. I waited a month and after hearing nothing from the dealership I called to find out if the part was there. I was told by the parts department that the part had been there the entire time. I scheduled an appointment to bring the car in this past Monday and the tempature actuator was installed under warranty. I am very dissatisfied with the experience and the incompetence of this dealership and wouldn't come back for so much oil change !!!
