Not only Did I not receive a call on Tuesday to inform me the progress of my vehicle but I called for an update and no one called me back. Bruno called me on Wednesday and informed me my vehicle was ready. I informed him I would not be picking it up yet as work wouldn’t allow me to he said nothing. I was informed by enterprise that Kia stopped paying for the rental without informing me. I’ve been servicing my vehicles here since 2017 but since the turn over of your new staff service is terrible. Extremely disappointed. I called to get an explanation and no one ever answers in the service department.

I was told that the service I needed would cost $169
if it wasn’t covered under warranty. I said okay, but it what’s
needed is not covered under warranty please let me know
because I’m not prepared to pay that cost. Needless to say 2 hours later
the service advisor came back and said the diagnostic will be $169
and the cost to repair is $478. I was so upset. I clearly expressed
let me know the situation before having to pay this cost. Long story
short I left Kia paying $528. And I still have the same problem with my
vehicle that’s only one year old.
