The only thing I didn’t like was I called last Wednesday and was told the parts were at the dealer . When my wife took the car on Thursday, the master cylinder was not there . My wife had to come back home . The service manger called and said they were able to get the parts from another dealer . My wife had to take the car in on Monday to finally get the repair done. The odd part about this is when I called on Wednesday someone checked to see if all the parts were there and they said they were. This needs to be looked into.

I am hearing challenged and I told her this. After telling her this I did not notice any effort on her part to speak any louder when communicating with me. In addition she only would look at her computer screen when talking to me. I found this VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I am sorry to have to say all this.

Overall, I was satisfied with my service experience. However, several customers and myself concurred that free tire rotation should be included with an oil change as many other service companies offer this benefit to their customers.
Additionally, I scheduled my vehicle for multiple services with the intent of redeeming multiple coupons. However, I was only allowed to redeem one of two eligible coupons at the time of service. I drive quite a distance to get ti your service department ,and I have an extremely busy schedule. For me making multiple trips is an inconvenience. Allowing your customers the opportunity to redeem all eligible coupons during a single visit would be well received and an excellent way to demonstrate customer appreciation and maintain customer loyalty.
