Had to wait for a shuttle to take me to the mall while my car was being serviced. They higher the price on me when I had already had an estimate set price. It’s like I get ripped off in the process and wasn’t given the set price I was promised during my previous visit. They said they had my brake and rotor parts in stock when I had made the appointment and had to wait super long time for them to be delivered and the whole wait for horrible. It’s like they won’t care about their loyal and true costumers. It’s like I was taken advantage of with them boosting the price and time thinking a had all the patience in the world.

your bathroom and waiting areas are pretty nasty. a coat and paint and removing all the bugs in the lights, would do wonders.
I've been told that you can always judge a dealership by it's service department and your waiting area is pretty poor

Bruno provided very good customer service during my service. The only inconvenience I experienced is the part wasn’t available and had to be ordered in. Due to this I had to leave my car overnight to be fixed the next day. The work on my vehicle was completed promptly the next morning. Overall, I’m satisfied with my service.
