Honestly had a bad experience when purchasing the Kia in willowbrook Kia, still decided to purchase the telluride, it’s the best vehicle purchase that we have made. Was a bit skeptical about returning to the dealership but decided to give orland Kia an opportunity. My Kia Sedona van had problem with shifting when starting car and reversing then shifting into drive where it hesitated/ galloped. It would do that randomly when driving depending on incline or when turning and entering traffic. Pete the mechanic assigned to our van had tried his best to find it and was unable to 1st time serviced. We went in test ride together and he felt it. Recommended transmission flush at Kia and when that was completed we still experienced the shift issue but it was it was milder. A couple weeks after I’m the shift issue was back in transmission and both Rebecca & Pete helped get our Kia a new transmission. This process was complicated by a transmission that did not have the treads to mount the transmission to our van so we all had to wait for new transmission to complete work. Service staff has been very hardworking and patient with us through whole process. Thank you all!
