I asked service to clarify the oil my car requires , this was 1 months ago and I have called back 3x no reply
I stopped in a few days ago as the trim outside the drivers side is tearing and the metal looks like rust but I don’t believe it is. I’m waiting for a reply. If I don’t get a reply then I will show up and get answers from someone.

Good experience from two conversations with Emily on the phone who was informative, Moe my salesman and John the sales manager were all straightforward with numbers and questions which I greatly appreciate. Only downfall is the markup but they worked with my on that number as well. I would recommend Kia and the Orland dealership. Only thing that would have put the cherry on top would have been a free set of wheel locks.

it took 2 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. Had someone told me it was going to be busy and may have an unusually longer wait time I would of been alright with it and walked somewhere for breakfast

I was told that I had a nail in my tire I did tell them that I had a spare in the trunk but they were unable to put this spare on and I don’t understand why because I was at the same dealership before and they took off that same tire. I’m not sure , what the difference is, so that’s why I said no to satisfaction
