This is frankly some of the worst service I've ever had at a dealer. I had to pay diagnostics fees twice for the same issues, I had to keep calling back multiple times a day to get any feedback from what was going on with my car. The 3 times I dropped off the car I was told it would be washed only to show up and it was not washed. Even when I picked up the car today the valve covers of all 4 tires were missing and I had to come back for replacements. The replacements were then handed to me by the tech instead of putting them on. This is the second time I am getting such poor service from this dealer and I can no longer use your services.

I was Extremely unhappy today at your Dealership. Me and another woman were talked down to by your Service writer. And Andrew was not the friendliest questioning my integrity about my maintenance plan.
Then tells me it would take 25 minutes at 9:00am to plug the tire that had a nail in it. I asked him at 9:40 how much longer for my car. The young girl thought she was big came in my face with her finger telling me how you go about taking a nail out of the tire and plugging it. I told her I was not talking to her and asked for a manager at no time while I was there did the manager come up I actually went and found John Schultz sitting at the desk by the new cars and asked him for a manager. He listen to what I had to say and I think he brushed me off by telling me I have four maintenance oil changes left. Here's his card he'll give me the next one free.
I explained I had an Oncologist appointment to the Service Writer and was told "I guess you'll have to reschedule that appointment "
