Brought in for a prescheduled appointments for 2 safety recalls and a trans flush and fill. Requested quote before service. Didn’t happen worked preformed without consent. No safety recalls were preformed during service. Upon pick my vehicles custom wheels were damaged. Service maneger kicked me out forcing me to call police and obtain a police report against the dealer and formal complaint #1. This is my formal complaint #2. Bbb and Kia corporation will receive documentation of pre and post service.

This is the second time in two weeks since purchasing one of your vehicles that I had to bring it in for service.
Once because the brakes failed and it needed a brake caliber now your saying it needs a tie rod and because of that it now has to have a alignment. This vehicles seems to me isn't safe and who's doing the inspection!
Not happy with Kia I hate to report this to the BBB I'm sure they will agree with me.

Not only was Bruno great, there is a woman at the counter who is so knowledgeable and friendly. I heard a few people ask her a question or two...she knows her stuff and her customer service is incredible too. Payment center lady was very nice as well. I brought my car in for a spare tire kit. I dropped it off at 9:15 and was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours at most. I arrived back at about 10:45. At 11:45 I asked if it was almost done and was told “Give me 15 minutes to finish up the paperwork.” At 12:15 I asked again if it was almost done and was told they were just bringing it back to be washed. I couldn’t wait another 1/2 hour so couldn’t even get the car wash. I think 3 hours was a crazy amount of time to wait for what I was having done.

This was my first visit to International Imports. The service was outstanding!The layout of the waiting area was very comfortable. Andrew offered snacks and drinks and gave me an estimate on long the job would take. Within minutes he returned to me to show me matters of concern which we addressed. The work was then completed even faster than expected! A great experience!

It’s always been my opinion if you need to ask than perhaps your not confident with your efforts. I see no reason to comment any more on whether or not I’m satisfied. You just changed the oil, it’s not that hard. Everything went well except you were out of coffee stirs at the complimentary snack bar. Otherwise no complaints.
