Most of the delay seemed to be a result of the service dept. waiting to hear back from the corporate entity: In addition, I wasn’t able to get a loaner or have a rental approved.

I was in for a scheduled oil change and asked about new tires and an alignment. After 2.5 hours (waiting at the shop with my 3 small boys) I was given back my car with nothing done. Bruno said “nobody told me there was supposed to be an oil change”. He told me it would take another 1.5 hours for an oil change. I couldn’t wait any longer today. He didn’t offer a new appointment for tomorrow or the next day, only suggested that I come early so that they can try to get me in.
