Checked in 08:30. Work did not begin on car until 12:45. Need better project management/ scheduling. When I showed up there was confusion as to the work to be done. Overall inefficient. Service was good once completed.

I went in for an oil change and quoted at $115. I was told it would be over $300. When I asked why he said it includes a 150 point inspection. I said I didn't want to spend all that money so he advised me to get just the inspection with no oil change. I just bought the car in May but it had 10000 miles, put on It and It needed an oil change, not an inspection. if I hadn't known better I would have wasted a $150 on something. I didn't need instead of getting what I did need and that was frustrating. I really had to advocate for myself or I feel like I would have been taken advantage of.
