Rachel was great. The line to be served or helped at drop off was too long. This is my experience each time. I’m not sure why Toyota books so many customers at once.

Pablo was amazing! I wish I could’ve worked with him when I first dropped off the Landcruiser. I had to leave my car overnight and Pablo called me first thing on Saturday morning to give me options on what I needed for my car. Pablo was super thorough, friendly and very clear of what I needed. I have 2 businesses so I am very aware of the value of great customer service. Pablo has it all! I dropped my daughter off at UCSB and she has a brand new Toyota so I gave her Pablo’s business card for future services. Pablo is our go to!

He did an excellent job, the only service rep that was honest and specific since I have been a Toyota car owner.. He didn’t ask me to do services that isn’t necessary. Didn’t need to remind him of all the stuff I asked him to check on my car 2yr old 86k mileage car. He deserves a raise.
