I am happy with the oil change but I dropped off my car at 10:00am with an appointment but the oil change wasn’t started until 12:15pm when I came back to pick it up. Because I had another appointment scheduled for 1:15pm in lompoc, I had to rearrange that appointment.
I don’t want to complain much and I saw that it was busy in the morning so I understand but when I came back it wasn’t busy anymore and it still wasn’t started in the 2 hours that I left the car with an appointment.

There was a problem with the computers. Many of your customers were grumpy and unhappy. I found you staff quite charming and helpful. They were kind and did their best to accommodate the customers. They even washed my car! Denny Franks always did that. Good old fashioned service. Thank you!
