My representative was courteous and responsive. I appreciate his good service. However, we had received an estimate of $240 from our insurance company to replace the side mirror. The mirror was not replaced- the technician was able to put the mirror back together. But the labor charge was $210. I believe your prices are tremendously inflated and will avoid using the dealership again

1) I brought the car in for Emilyt for free tire rotation, fluids, and check up. I was quoted $210 to check whether the tire pressure sensors are working properly. $210? That is what lay people would call insane. There is something wrong with this picture!
2) I asked Andrea to have the mechanic check the tire pressures and record them for me, before filling the tires. He did, and Andrea showed me the numbers but they weren’t in the report. I phoned her twice and left a message to please call me with the pressures. She did not return my calls.
