No rental, no shuttle and an Uber I couldn't install on my phone. Alex was very helpful. I had to impose on a friend to pick me up and return when the work on my car was done. Very disappointed with the lack of personal service. It's time to quit blaming the lack of simple extras on covid. I will not return to the ServiceDepartment until basic services resume.
