When your technician discovered rat poops in my cabin air filter, I would have expected him/her to shake them out before replacing it. I replaced the air filter myself later that day, so not a big deal, just would have showed me a bit of easy “good service.” In order to discourage rats from hanging out in the engine area in the future, do you have a quick and easy way to clean off the rat poop and dried up pee on the engine area?
I am assuming all the maintenance checks are satisfactory, but without checking, I really don’t know. The people greeting me were very nice, and my car was done in a timely fashion.
