I realized shortly after leaving yesterday I was missing a hubcap. I called and was told I would get a call back in just a couple minutes. No call. I called back again today. I was told I would get a call back in just a couple minutes. No call. After digging a little bit deeper, I found a video on the record that was texted me that reported one hubcap was broken and then I found the hubcap in my backseat. But there was nothing on any of the written reports and I have two phone calls that went unanswered. Only figured it out by watching a random video. Not cool.
