Rick was great, communicated well, and kept me informed the whole time my car was being serviced. However I am not sure if the issue was resolved I brought the car in for an oil change, for scheduled maintenance ,and to check the warning light that said, “maintenance required for hybrid cooling parts at your dealer” and the warning message is still on. Not sure if it was even looked at.
