Pablo was very genuine /helpful and had a thoughtful/ courteous demeanor. Definitely appreciated his helpful attitude and genuine empathy towards me and my son. I told him of my frustration with my car and my warranty, and he took time to explain to me what was going on and was patient when my 2 year old throwing a fit. As it was going on and still as nice and helpful as can be.

At 9am there was one car ahead of me at the service line waiting for someone to drive it in for service. I waited about 15 min for a young lady to be told by another employee to scan my vehicle. She seemed to be more concerned about her side conversations rather than helping customers. She had terrible side manners and failed to introduce herself. At 12pm I received a text message stating that your records showed I missed an appt at 9:41am. Interestingly I left my car at Toyota for service prior to that time. I called to check on the status of my car at 3pm because I didn’t receive a ca call or text message with a service report. Come to find out it hasn’t been worked on and was told it would take about another 45 min. Car was picked up at 4pm, but I received a call at 5:18pm stating a call was being returned. Maybe it was a busy day or maybe it wasn’t but your staff lacked professionalism and customer service skills.
