I would never have thought that Caitlin could exceed my previous experiences????????????. The things I appreciate and trust about her:
* Even though I dropped my car off early, she did not make feel like she was rushed, she took her time with everyone, with a smile, professionalism and with patience
* she looked for every available recall, and I wasn’t charged anything. in My car seems like, whatever the recall was on the front end, my car runs so much better than it ever has.
* she’s someone I trust and I’m thankful to have her as my manager when I come to Bev smiths Kia in Ft Pierce

I received a call that my vehicle had some recalls and also my check engine light was on so I made an appt for service I left my car on a Wednesday morning didn't receive a call about my car till Thursday and was told my turbo charger was bad.i explained I have an extended warranty they call the warranty comp and was told a inspector would be out to look never got a call back from kia for a week got so frustrated I just went and picked up my car a week later when I arrived they just handed me my keys and walked away never got a receipt for any services dont even know if the recall work was done very disappointed with your service dept.
